You can customize the logo and pattern on silicone mats using the following methods:
Laser Engraving: Requires opening a jig for printing, with a cost of around USD 100 per jig.
Silk Screen Printing: Suitable only for simple patterns and solid colors. This method provides durable printing that does not easily fade over time. It is dishwasher-safe and food-grade compliant. The printing jig costs around USD 100 per color.
Heat Transfer Printing & Water Transfer Printing: These methods allow printing of highly complex patterns and gradient colors, giving you the freedom to achieve any design you want. Printed thermal transfer paper is required, with costs ranging from USD 299–599 depending on the size and pattern.
In-Mold Decoration: This method also supports complex patterns and gradient colors, offering high-quality and durable results. Printed in-mold decoration paper is required, with costs starting at around USD 1,599 depending on the size and pattern.
Digital Printing: This option requires no jig or printed paper. While the colors may not be as sharp or accurate as other methods, it is a more cost-effective solution compared to other printing techniques.
